If you are a locum and you have a query about an invoice, that you need to or have sent, to a pharmacy you would need to contact the pharmacy directly. Invoice queries can include:
- Finding out how the pharmacy would prefer you to send an invoice
- Confirming hours worked and pay
- Agreeing payment timescales
- Queries relating to locum pay
The Locum App is a platform that connects locums and pharmacies and contracts of work are set between the pharmacy and the locum. Therefore the pharmacy is responsible to pay a locum in the time frame agreed or within a reasonable time period.
