The Locum App allows you to invite your pharmacists (relief pharmacists or pharmacy managers) onto the platform so you can manage their schedule. All the staff you manage will be able to see their assigned schedules and branches along with any changes you publish. You’ll also be able to view all your pharmacists compliance information on our platform.
To invite a pharmacist, click on the ‘staff’ tab on your platform and the blue ‘Invite Staff’ button.
Complete the details in the section and include the details. You can then assign the staff member to a branch and region. By assigning staff to a region or branch, they’d be the first to show when you’re looking for cover.
Once you complete their details, the member of staff will receive an email to ask them to register on The Locum App. Once they register, you’ll be able to see them under your staff list on your profile.
