The Locum App is a revolutionary locum booking platform designed to change the way pharmacies find and book locums.  We’re built by pharmacists for pharmacists. 

What makes The Locum App different?

We like to think of ourselves as the Uber for pharmacies – we want to connect locums and pharmacists with pharmacy branches rather than acting as a ‘middle man’, like most agencies currently do. When locum jobs are posted through our platform, they are posted by the pharmacy and when a locum applies for a shift they apply directly to the pharmacy. This makes us different to an agency as we encourage locums to connect directly with the pharmacy they work at. The best bit? We don’t charge pharmacies traditional agency fees to book locums.

In addition to our locum platform, we have an integrated scheduling system for pharmacies which allow them to schedule and manage pharmacist rotas. We are designed to make it as convenient for you, as a pharmacy, to manage your staff compliance and rota managements.

We’re changing how pharamcies find locums

We launched in 2016 as a solely app-based platform that connected pharmacies with locums. Over the years we’ve work with pharmacies around the country and studied the industry to find out what pharmacies need.

The world of pharmacy is changing rapidly as are the needs of pharmacies in the UK and we’re here to help support pharmacies focus on their business and patients while spending less time on tedious rota management tasks and filling locum gaps.
